Shipping Within the Philippines

We ship nationwide through LBC or J&T Express, depending on which courier best services your delivery address.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available within Metro Manila only, subject to rider availability and order cut-off times.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE nationwide shipping on all orders worth ₱3,000 and above.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier. While we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipment volumes, or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us right away. We'll coordinate with the courier and do everything we can to help locate your shipment and keep you updated throughout the process.

Delivered Orders

Once the courier has marked an order as delivered and provided proof of delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Julie's Jewelries cannot be held liable for lost or missing packages after successful delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
